Nightmare Concept

Evening, Gentlemen

I recently developed a rough idea for a Nightmare on Elm Street themed game.
In my search for people to assist me in making this game a reality, I stumbled across a Freddy Krueger model made by one of your crew.
I, myself, am no 3D graphics artist, or even much of a modder, but I know a good model when I see one.

To get to the point, I would like to ask for permission to use the model in question, assuming you know which model this is, in my Nightmare project.
I'm still currently looking for partners in this project since I have none of the required skills to make a game, other than ideas and theories, so if anyone is at all interested, I'd be more than happy to post my concept documents for all to read.
